Long link that works without publishing

Nothing is uploaded: the sheet is stored inside the link itself, so anyone with it can read, print or export it without an account. Very long sheets don't fit in a link; use the Markdown download for those.

A short link is a copy on our server that works for 7 days. Anyone with the link can read it, and it is not listed anywhere. Later edits are not added to it. Publish the sheet instead to keep it for good. Links that never expire without publishing come with paid plans.

A backup is one .json file with your sheets, folders and preferences. Restoring adds the sheets to what is here and keeps whichever copy is newer.

The page's headings, lists, tables and code become the sheet; menus, adverts and scripts are left out. Pages that need a sign-in or JavaScript can't be read from here: send those with the CramSheets Chrome extension. Want it shorter? Open it, then use Refine in the AI Studio.
